My recent trip back home via the MRT makes me realised that I am such a 'mountain tortoise'. When has this feature been available in MRT train???

To me, it's a new feature as I juz happened to realise it during my MRT ride home.

There is this indicator via the MRT route, indicating the status of the MRT ride. As I always have problem remembering the current station of the MRT ride, hence stretching my neck to peep on the signboard via approaching train station. I hate it... It makes me looks so silly, especially when my stiff neck gives me problem...

This is an enhanced feature as it allows me to tell the current station the MRT ride is @ juz within the cabin. So much easier for me... Yeah!!!

It's a so-called 'double happiness' day today.

ROM Anni & Jerry turns 15mths old today.

Arranged with Xiaomei & 4 other mummies, all of us attended a trial class @ Baby Jumper Gym. It was not as gd as I expected. Hmm... kinda disappointing is for all I can say. Haiz... After so much trial classes here & there, I still prefer Little Neuro Tree ('Trio').

Took a nap after back from the trial class, thereafter headed for T3 with Dad, Mum, Bebe, Xunwu, and two little boys, Jerry & Jordan. Finally got the chance to be in T3 ever since its opening. With the X'mas deco, it further brightens up my day though I was not feeling very gd in mood.

Yes, so itz juz another 'nothing special' & normal day!

Anyway, I have indeed felt better after baking Walnut Choco Chip cookies. Juz done with the baking. Yes, @ this hour. So itz 21.12.2008 now... Hmm... Looking forward to a better day in early morning...

Hmmm... Tots on my new 'journey' give me sense of excitement & tense. Looking so... so forward to it. Though this, I still cun bear as I may need to sacrifice much of my time as I take up the greater challenges that I foresee in the new 'journey'. Anyway, ...

I cun seems to understand myself. There is not much of self-control. Grabs of chocos, chips, sweets, etc. cun seems to be out of my groceries shopping list. Whatz up with me? For a period of time after delivering Jerry, I was kinda disciplined in this sense. However, this sense of discipline seems to vanish & cun be feel anyhow recently. I am becoming my pre-preggie self. Oh no... the used-to-be junk food woman.
Sad to say... I really find great sense of satisfaction with the stocking up of the junk food. Yeah!
*Consider happy or sad??? Hahaha...*

As my appointments arranged and scheduled for the rest of the 2nd half of Dec, I will need to put in more effort in spending more quality time with Baby Jerry. Thatz my target to work on.

Oopss... I forget my tonic drink this week again.
Got to go to make that tonic drink in standby mode for consumption before going to dreamland tonight.

Such a busy long weekend starting from Friday, stretching all the way with activites fully packed till Monday.

Though on leave for whole of Dec prior to starting new journey, however I m still as busy. Hmm... I cun seems to be able to laze @ home for one full day. When is that possible???

Fully packed with appointments on Friday, followed by X'mas lunch with Oct07 mummies & babies @ Ellenborough Market Cafe Merchant Court. A BBQ session on Sunday noon & wedding dinner in the evening.

It was a wonderful X'mas lunch on Saturday. Having to catch up with the mummies & babies and of coz, not forgetting the yummy durian paste dessert. Total indulgence with two full bowl down into my stomach. Incredibly yummy!!!

Sunday was a challenging one! BBQ in the noon with STEAK as the main course. It's so yummy! Thereafter, attending MeiMei's wedding dinner in the evening with everyone from home.

Only managed to relax much on Monday. Luckily it's a PH. Long weekend as all of us laze @ home.

Can I possibly go on diet with all these yummy food that I cun seems to resist??? I shall KIV this dieting plan & defer it to Jan2009. No point having to miss out the goodies during this Holiday season. Yeah...

'Happy Birthday to Cat!'...

Yeah!!! Itz a gd & fulfilling day. Got my Dentist appointment scheduled in the morning to do scaling & polishing and facial appointment @ SKII Boutique Spa in early noon. Thereafter a good & yummy lunch and stock-up of Jerry's food jars & cereals @ Carrefour, I headed to IMM to meet Dad, Mum, Bebe, Jerry & Jordan.

Laying higher expectations, aiming for the better... One of the resolution for year 2009.
With recent investments in health & beauty products, I am so much hardworking now. Cun help it as age is catching up and health is not as before. Oopss...
Health products such as EYS Essence of Chicken with American Ginseng, Cordyceps & Huaishan Extract and EYS Bird Nest with Pearl Powder & Collagen.
In fact, I hate taking Essence of Chicken most. I rather plain double-boiled Cordyceps w/ pao shen. The smell of Essence of Chicken reminds me of the shitty yucky smell. But still, with the goodness of it, I need to take it to buck up my health. Haiz...
(*Pardon me, though kinda mean but I really cun help it.)
Needless to say, I sure luv Bird Nest. Itz every woman's favourite.

Daily habit: -
- Put in gd use the facial products such as Facial Treatment Essence, Signs Treatment Totality, etc.

Weekly habits:-
- Gulp down a btl of Chicken Essence / Bird Nest
- Get a facial mask done

Monthly habits:-
- Facial appt.

With the lazy me, getting these daily & weekly tasks done sure require ample of self-discipline. Most of the time, I knock off into dreamland w/o any effort put in 'looking after' myself.

Whatz becoming me??? All these never used to appear in my 'dictionary', but whatz abt it now? The must-must habits of a mother of one???

Anyway, thatz for sure with something I need to work on real hard...

Here we are... @ Sepang F1 Circuit for the CTR & TCC Track Day. CTR Track slot from 0900-1200hrs and TCC Track slot from 1200-1500hrs. It was the first time to take two slots @ one go. Indeed a very tiring & challenging one, not to mention the time & effort to travel to & fro KL.

The 1st batch... I have no particular idea of the sizing and hence most tops are kinda undersized for me.

Gaining from experience, this new batch received fits me almost perfect. However, one of the tops got some defects.


Anyway, itz alrite. Thatz the 'Give and Take' in overseas online shopping. So to speak... The plain lazy me who surrender to the hassle needed to do the exchange thru the posting of the defects back to the US.

One of the Fridays which I am on leave. Oh ya, I am almost on leave for rest of the Fridays till end of the year. So shiok ya???

I have shopping trips, meet-ups with friends, facial appts, etc. all planned accordingly on all these Fridays. Of coz, not forgetting some days reserved for Jerry.
*Cun stand myself coz I m such a great planner. Wahahaha...

Gone for another sale @ Expo with Xiaomei. It's the Loreal sale. From what I recalled, itz a yearly event.

As usual, stock up with the facial cleansers, the SPF50 sunscreen protector, etc. Though grabs reduced in quantity as I got some recent investments in other beauty products, but still feel satisfied with the shopping.
*Yes, I did make sure that I got those that is required. Itz not abt the sake of getting it coz itz cheap. Yeah!

What else for next week? As planned tentatively, meetup with Cat for shopping. I got to warm-up and be disciplined as she is such a shopping queen. Oopss...

Last evening, with sudden urge to be chocoholic again, grabs of choco biscuits, candies, bars, etc. as I enjoyed the X'mas deco in the supermarts. Caught with the habit of a chocoholic again???

As I enjoyed the X'mas deco with little Jerry... Thatz the only place a Mother of one can get to during weekday evenings. aaarGggghhhh....

Used to be a chocoholic, almost obsessed with choco stuff. Skipping meals and be full with juz choco snacks. Starting to cut down only during preggie days. Suspecting the habit to come back again. Itz a gd opportunity now as X'mas season is round the corner and chocos are everywhere.

My love for choco waives the worry of choco' fats content, etc.

Itz another Saturday afternoon as I laze @ home and note my tots.

Wanted to check-out Crocs warehouse sale @ Expo & collect Jerry's photos from Sean Lau Photography. However, din manage to complete any of the above.

Itz such a LONG queue. Judging with the expected long killing queue time, we headed for car park. Along the way, overheard a passerby's phone conver commenting about the queue time to reach into the exhibition hall for Crocs takes @ least one and half hour. What about the time required to spend 'shopping' in the hall? OMG...

Called & SMS-ed the whole morning and early noon. Sean & Adelena neither did answer nor reply my sms-es. What on earth is happening? If their schedule is that tight, @ least reply with an SMS informing me abt their busy schedule instead of having me to wait for whole day. Yes, till now, not a single response from them.

Grabbed quick brunch @ Burger King IMM. Thereafter, headed home as we miss Jerry so much.

Poor thing, he got to be home quarantined for suspect of chicky pox. Has been monitoring since his fever hovered for days last weekend prior to the mini blister rashes appearing then. Though, these rashes appear on very minimal amount. Will be further monitoring his condition for a week more.

Chicky pox virus is commonly off after 10-14days after diagnosed. Itz almost a week. Hopefully all goes well and Jerry can resume back to class again next week.

Almost dinner time, itz about to get ready.

Over the weekend, rushed over to collect my reserved set of SKII Revival Set. Whatz becoming me??? Ever since after delivery of baby, I am becoming more wary about my skincare. Though laziness still defeats ALL when I decides to rot and laze around.

Since after done with maternity leave and back to work, I started all these skincare protective measures such as facial packages, facial products. I was never one hardworking woman giving a glance on all these, only 'on & off' homework done depending on my mood. However, ... I never want to look like a 'yellow-faced' woman. As age is catching up along with 30s, I need to do some homework.

Yes, itz thru facial sessions n 'on & off' homework try-outs that enhance my urge to work solely on this brand.

Looking @ this new skincare set, I will try to be more hardworking and do my daily 'homework'. I do feel some sense of pleasure and satisfaction as I look @ it. Wahahahahaha... So I am starting to luv myself more, pamper myself more?

Most imptly, I muz be hardworking in order to get results. If not, getting this set is of no use should it sits in my dressing corner and collates websss...

Itz so nice, having someone to prepare dinner for you.

I enjoyed preparing dinner, however not on a daily basis as itz juz too challenging. Can u imagine having to crack your brain abt whatz for dinner every day? OMG! Spare me from such challenging task.

Dun be too obsessed with the monies gained from the selling. What about the party who is buying it? The huge sum of monies involved... Do weigh on the consequences this party need to face this huge sum of monies for the rest of the many years?

Ownership transfer
Though @ disadvantage with no monies gained, but itz the best the solution it can be in order to solve the problem. Instead of appreciating their help, doubts come in regards to the intention of this party taking over the ownership.

Question is...
Why does this party want to cheat over that little monies gained from the future selling with the ownership transfer? I believe the character of this party is better-worth than these little monies. If not so, then be it.
This party is not the one who request for help, so is it fair with such doubts? Since the doubts, then dun request for help.

Work a realistic solution. Be realistic. Of coz, do consider the PROs and CONs of whatever decision made.

The partying monster stopped her partying activities since early Jan07'. Has since quitted. This year, she is going to spend her Halloween @ home. Rotting and laze the nite out, as she has took over new role of a deadly slug.

Not yet fully recovered from my stiff neck, still behaving slight robotic. As next is...

I woke up this morning with minor 'jammed up' of phlegm down my throat. Only to realise that the phlegmy thing is really greeny, till to extent that I find the greeny phlegm going down the basin real gross n disgusting. Yes, the feeling is awful as I have yet recovered from the stiff neck attack and there comes another monster holidaying in me. For sure that my body is kinda heaty @ this stage. Need to input more cooling stuff.

Recalled this TCM advice to down some bird nest when throat is slight unwell. I got to make sure I do that in a while then. Hopefully, I will be better soonest.

Itz been a while since I last got sick. If I remembered correctly, way even before I got preggie??? Think so... But now, haiz...

I want to be fully charged in order to catch an important appointment this coming Wednesday.

As I move on to my thirties this year. OMG! Cun believe it as I bid farewell to my twenties. Haiz...

This marks a special year for me, though I merely had a simple day with my family. With gifts from my luv ones and birthday treats from my buddies, I feel just contented. Of coz, not forgetting a BIG kiss from my baby Jerry. Yeah!

Hate it! I got stiff neck again... Yes, since yesterday. On and off, I do get stiff neck. With it, I behave like a robot. It looks funny. That feeling just hurts and really s*cks! No cure to it, except to let it goes off on its own.

The pain is getting worse today. But another much more POWER pain defeats that. Thatz my heels. The heels are killing my feet, leaving @ least 4-5 blisters. OMG, I really sympathise my feet. For sure, gonna dispose this irritating heels straight after I get a replacement later.

Done with my usual favourite breakfast @ Mcdonalds. In no time, it's lunch again.

I had a wonderful birthday lunch treat from my buddies, Eileen & Pris. Thanks! The lunch treat was great, especially with the catchup we did just now!

A tense & rush for errands later on. Haiz... Got to rush for road tax renewal later. Yes, forever the last minute payments to make. Bank transactions to do, etc. What else? Hopefully I dun miz another one of it. *Cross fingers*

Weekend ahead... Expected to be quite a busy one as well.

As usual visiting to in-laws and housewarming cum birthday invitation to attend on Saturday. Hoping to be able to laze the Sunday over @ home.

Yes, we got to weigh the consequences in whatever decisions we made. Itz for sure, if not there is gonna be disaster, or the so-called unhappiness. I m in no way against anyone, anything. I am juz considering the whatever possible outcome that may happened.

I have tried to be on SAVE mode for decisions I made, weighing the PROs and CONs, taking into consideration of almost anything that this brain of mine can crack with.

Gathering together is not an easy task, not to say, Living together. In order to live together, we have to take into consideration of tons and tons of factors. The differences between two main parties, such as the living habits. Living habit is good enough to have made a great ton diff.

Though it can be simplified by Give and Take, but still need to consider if Give and Take is up to a limit whereby it is tolerable and acceptable. Not making both parties' lives difficult and miserable.

Anyway, looking into... When there is a will, there is a way. No matter whatever problem comes by, there is definitely a solution. It's a matter how workable the solution is.

In any situation, facing reality and work on something that suit both parties is the only way out.

Hopefully the solution I worked out for our latest problem is workable. If not, I sincerely hope for a better solution to come by.

Spent resting in bed whole of Sunday as I got slight diarrhoea. Running thru abt my diet for Sat's evening and Sun's morning. There is no reason that I should have got it. Anyway, feel kinda awful. For this reason, nothing much input to my stomach for whole of today.
Feeling kinda guilty for not spending time with Baby Jerry, hence brought him out as we dine-out.

Wedding bands from Poh Heng. Time to send it for servicing as one of the little diamond came off. How could it has come off? Due to its lousy quality or for the reason being Dear is often involved in hands-on during his work. Anyway, main thing is to get it done.

Walk in and requested for a quote from Poh Heng regards to sending it for repair n servicing. Behaviour of sales rep. that made my blood boils as the seconds go by.

- Detailed screening of the ring using the so-called pro. magnifying tool.
- Giving me the doubtful look if the ring is from Poh Heng as he repetitively asked me more than thrice.
- Plugging a $75 figure from the 'air' w/o any reference when I requested for a quote, as he inspect the ring again and again with that magnifying tool.

As I kept thinking and fiery tots ran in my mind... 'Excuse me! Do you think I am so free to come to Poh Heng and claim that ring is your in-house ring if I am not sure of it? Itz a wedding band, and how can I not know where it is from? How many wedding band can one have?'

I questioned, 'Excuse me! So what if itz a Poh Heng or not a Poh Heng product? Can't you just provide me with a quote regards to the servicing required and that solves the problem? Why do you need to keep querying if the ring is from Poh Heng or not? What does that prove?'

Sales Rep, 'Erhmm... Is this ring from Poh Heng?' Having this question asked for more than thrice, as I stood there waiting for the quote.

Following Dear's comment, 'Itz alrite! U need to feedback to your mgmt in making sure that all Poh Heng products have the engraving of 'MADE BY POH HENG', so that u dun need to spend so much time checking if this ring is from Poh Heng! Itz such a waste of time here.'

Off we go after that wasteful 20mins spent standing there in the shop!
Solution - Sought help from another jewellery shop.

Itz definitely lousy service that I got from Poh Heng, in terms of the professionalism of that sales rep. Where about is the focus in customer satisfaction, especially in the retail industry?

So what if the ring is from Poh Heng? So what?

In any future jewellery purchases, I will definitely need to consider again and again whether to get from Poh Heng. It should be... 80-90% not considering Poh Heng for any future purchases!

tHe gAntRies that I jUz 'tReAted' ...

Having to send mum for her rehearsal off @ Yishun early this morning, we take the CTE (City) route to my work place. There, 1st time to experience the power of the E*P gantries in early wee hours.

In less than abt 40 lamp-posts, 2 gantries in a row. What the crap is that? No wonder people are cursing and swearing about the irritating power of the gantries nowadays. Though the purpose is to control and ease the traffic flow, but is it neccessary to control till extent of 11am? Who goes to work aft 11am?

Now that I understand and sympathise friends who stay in the AMK or whoever have to take CTE (City) route. The cost of it is like skipping breakfast and treating the gantries breakfast. Luckily I am one who stays in the real mountain 'ULU' west. Though have to meet gantries, but these gantires are not as big 'CCs' as compared to the ones via the CTE.

Thatz the way we are. Complain and complain, do nothing but to face the fact. No one have the time and effort to go against all these, we are all juz too busy. Let it be.

So much to complain about. Off to work again... >.<

A fRidAy - fuLL of tOts...

Started off with my rushing off in the morning for the job interview regards to the job opportunity that I long hoped for. Somehow, my mood wasn't feeling any bit of excitment as I was caught up with another worry. Oops... But, I still try and do well for the interview. Only hoping for gd outcome.

Applied leave for today and left for home straight after interview. Feeling hungry as I took the MRT back. Starting to feel lousy during the MRT ride home...

Had a delicous brunch that mum prepared, gobbled down two servings of my fav. tuna deli sandwich with plenty of veg. *yummy!* Spent the rest of noon @ home with my boy, looking forward to our grocercies shopping after dinner.

After shopping while heading home, I started to feel lousy again. From observations that I made and tots that ran wild, my mind starts to think illogically again. Life is so unfair! Yes... Though I have learnt to accept this fact, dun noe why my mind seems not working 2nite and it goes 'hay-wired'.

'If Life is Fair, both you and I will not carry ourselves differently in terms of names, feelings, character, and all of so much and so forth!'
Sounds real silly, but itz juz so absolutely true.
So better stop the nonsense tots and move on positively!

All of sudden, so many different kinds of tots come rushing into my mind for that very few seconds.

Got a call from Sean Photography that J. Jerry's pics are ready for selection. Appointment set 2morow @ 1900hrs. Our pockets gonna burnt BIG hole? If so, it juz mean the pics are simply irresistable. To burnt or not burnt Big hole on pockets???

2morow is Baby Aralyn's 1st birthday party. We are invited. Looking forward to the party, should be fun.

2morow is PH, OFF day! Somehow, with appointments set and parties to attend, our OFF day is gonna juz BURNt away. In exchanges of Excitement & Fun, Why not??

a DaY oF fEastinG...

Went out for breakfast @ Nanyang Central with Dear & Jerry. Home for less than two hours, we proceed to our Tom Yam steamboat lunch with BeBe n Xunwu. BeBe and Xunwu are the main chef.

Juz done with another round of mini buffet dinner@ home as we received our overseas friends for a mini home gathering.

What a FEAST-ful day! yumyum...

Yeah... Itz Huijun's BIG day!
*Feel so happy for her...*

I got to meet up with my ex-secondary school mates @ the wedding dinner banquet. Had a wonderful time catching up.
Sidetrack abit... Wedding dinner banquet is held @ Tang Court Restaurant via RELC Int'l Hotel. The food & service rating that I give is 5 out of 10. Some service that I got really make me roll eyes... Luckily, the excitment that I felt with the sharing of the newly weds' joy defeats the lousy service I got.

This afternoon, I accidentially saw a SMS that leaves me in SHOCK for that very few seconds. What should I do???

Hopefully my eyes are playing tricks and things are not the way as per the SMS I saw.

Have been real busy this week.

My homework for next week is to review my 2008 and plan for 2009's resolution.

Upcoming wedding dinner to attend. One of my secondary's buddy, Huijun's wedding. Yes, itz this Friday. I will be 'sneaking' out whereby J. Jerry will be under Dear's care. I foresee these two naughty guys are gonna have tons of unrestricted FUN w/o me @ home. Haha... I am the disciplinarian cum 'devil', so the one who is in charge of the 'Rules & Regulation' @ home.

Looking forward to this Friday as I get to catch up with my secondary school mates... Yipee!

Today is my little baby's birthday. Yes, he is turning one. Time flies.

So many thots rushing in as I recalled this very day a year ago! Delivering Jerry and a year later, celebrating his 1st birthday. So this little baby of mine has indeed grown up as he moves onto his toddler years.

I was admitted on 19.09.2007, getting ready with all the pre-delivery tests required for very next day. Minhui & ShunLi visited me, and accompany me with all the 38 updates that both Minhui and I catch up non-stop. Both us enjoyed doing that, since the years we spent in our secondary schools till todate! I couldn't really catch a wink, having to curb with my excitement for next day.

As I get myself ready after early morning wash-up @ 0630hrs... Worrying in fear for not being able to shower for the whole of confinement month. OMG!!! Hate thinking about it. Really so yucky...

Getting ready and off I go with Dear. The next moment that we knew, we meet Baby Jerry for the 1st time in our lives. We were so happy and touched @ that very moment.

Jerry turns 1 year old 2dae! Time flies. How amazing things in life can be. Both Dear and I juz enjoy every moments with Jerry.

What a terribly hurting evening I had yesterday. I got a nasty scolding n nothing of what I have done was appreciated, be it the care n concern or kind intentions.

Upon reaching home, I calmed down and feel more consoling upon looking @ Jerry's facial expression as he slept on my bed. Though still feeling awful n hurt... Dragged myself to bed with my headache which has been killing me for the day and the shoulder aches that I got from swim on Wednesday's evening.

Indeed, it was a bad day for me. As I move on, whatever juz happen shall go into my collection of Dead Sea. This collection of mine collates the most of my sadness, sorrow, n anger. On and off, it needs to be 'digested' and 'disposed'. Soon, when the collection piles up too fully then.

BTW, 19Sept is a special date for me. (*.*)
